87+/100 Punkte Robert Parker, Jan 31, 2017 Coming from a south-facing, 60-are vineyard on deep marl soils situated at 420 meters above sea level, the 2015 Pinot Blanc opens with ripe tropical fruit aromas intermixed with new oak and stirred yeast flavors. Fermented in stainless steel and oak vats, but aged in new and used barriques until the bottling in May, this is a full-bodied, round and very aromatic Pinot Blanc; it has a smooth acidity and an elegant texture. The 2015 is still made-up and lacks the purity and finessed freshness of a great wine, but the round and smooth-textured mouthfeel will be really pleasant for many consumers. The finish reveals a good grip and salinity, so the wine may improve with bottle age.

The citrus-colored wine opens with a clear, fresh and pretty intense bouquet of ripe white fruit, melon, lime and kumquat flavors. Medium-bodied, round and fresh on the palate this is an elegant, well-structured and nicely salty food wine, with an excellent phenolic grip and tension. Ginger flavors in the good aftertaste. The 2014 is still young, but perfect with all kinds of fish and white meats.

On the palate, this is a very aromatic, fresh and elegant Petite Arivine in a modern, fruit-driven style. The finish, however, is salty and has stunning purity and length, revealing the true soul of the wine. Still very young, with pineapple flavors on the aftertaste, the 2016 will age very, very well over the next few decades. 88+/100 Punkte Robert Parker, Jan 31, 2017 From two tiny granite plots in Fully (530/560 meters above sea level) the 2014 Syrah de Fully Quintessence displays a lovely pure, fresh and elegant nose of ripe dark fruits, crushed stones, finely milled pepper and more spicy and floral flavors. Full-bodied and round, with lots of mocha and cardboard flavors in the beginning, this is an elegant, ripe and aromatic Syrah with an intense and juicy fruit, as well as a bit drying tannins in the finish. The wine is fermented in stainless steel for 25 days and aged in partly new barriques for 16 months. Slightly filtered in April 2015.
